Kings Lifeguard of Foote, Based and Finished by the Owner.

Charles kindly sent me some pics of the finished Kings Lifeguard of Foote for his ECW collection.
These are proudly displayed on the Warlord Games Forum.
I must say, these do look the part now they have had the basing completed.
The Irish Hero from the Osprey Highland Clansmen book also scrubs up pretty well.

Charles has done a great job on the basing and and a big thanks to him for giving me access to the pics for Brigantes.

  1. Thanks Rodger.
    They do look quite nice.
    Basing really does showcase figures.

  2. Those are very eye catching. The red of the uniform and the banners make for a great looking unit.

Pig Iron miniatures? I haven't heard of them before. Which figures are the Pig Iron ones?

  5. very nicely done. and there's some *interesting models* in there.
are there any manufacturer's miniatures that Brigantes won't accept commission work on, can I ask?
for instance some pro' painters, I've heard, refuse to paint Old Glory miniatures due to the quality of the figurines, and how having to decipher what is actually what, on the sculpt, takes up too much time.

    2. Thanks for the reply, chaps :)

A pro' painter I know, has a " I'll only paint the figure's I like" policy, that's why I was interested in yourselves. I won't name names (obviously).
