Pricing
The pricing table is a guideline to our prices only: In all cases the full cost of the commission will be discussed and agreed before commencement. Please remember you are paying for our time, materials and skill to transform them into something unique. However we do offer a discount for larger commissions.We will paint the figures to your requests, whilst we hold extensive reference materials on a wide variety of periods. If you want a specific colour scheme please provide the information so we can provide work you want.
Complicated uniforms (i.e. Tartan, Hussars, etc) will carry a 15% per figure surcharge to the prices shown.
We charge £0.30 to £0.50 per figure for the assembly of plastic multi part miniatures dependant on complexity. Vehicles due to the complexity and time required to construct please contact for a quotation.If you require decals on shields e.t.c, please ensure you send them with the figures we don't charge for application of these.
If you require the figures to be based then please supply the bases with the figures, or inform us of the size bases you require and we will purchase these and add them to the cost of painting. We exclusively use 2mm MDF for our bases. Basing is charged at 10% of the order value.
Once the work is completed then we will send good clear pictures for you and an invoice for final payment. All payments are processed via Paypal for our mutual protection. In the case of large orders we may require batch payments.
Completion dates
We try to offer a fair service to all and be realistic with commencement and completion times. There is a calendar page on this site to outline our current workload and schedule. We will contact you via email or telephone to keep you informed and you can request work in progress pictures from us via email if required, completed figures will be displayed on this blog.However our main ethos is on quality over quantity and thus we only accept work on the understanding that any times given are an estimate and not actual deadlines.
Cancellation
If you cancel a commission before work has commenced, then we will return your miniatures to you subject to payment of return postage fees.
If you cancel a commission once work has commenced you are liable for full payment for any work completed to date. You will be invoiced for a final payment and return postage fee. Once received your figures will be returned to you.
All artwork and figures are deemed our property until full and final payment is made.
If you require us to purchase figures on your behalf, we will request payment for the figures and the Paypal fees for the transaction so we are not out of pocket before work commences. The figures will remain our property until final payment is received.
Postage
All items will be dispatched on clearance of final payment via an insured and signed for delivery service only.
Please note overseas postage can be expensive and insurance and signatures are not optional. Please note all customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
